Star Wars Yoda Dog Costume, Great look- sizing chart is OFF in my opinion

The several days before. I'm looking for information on the Star Wars Yoda Dog Costume, so i have to tell.

is a great product.. but the size charts are OFF! I have a pug 25 lbs. not fat, just a bigger tonic Pug. He is 15 at the end of the neck. When sitting, 13 from floor to neck. the small was too small. I sent it back in Exchange for a half. the medium was too big .... but it can be changed. the pictures are what I did to make this costume to work. 1. added sticky Velcro where should hook on the back of the neck. happened to align with Velcro 2 ends
